Within the framework of the Russia – Africa Economic assembly , a Memorandum of understanding was signal between URALCHEM and Grupo Opaia SA which ply the creation of a joint ammonia water and urea production coordination compound . The ceremony was advert by Dmitry Konyaev , Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of URALCHEM and Agostinho Kapaia , President of Grupo Opaia SA .
The approximate amount of investiture in production will be 1.2 - 1.3 billion dollar . As part of the project , URALCHEM plans to pull in cant funding . The launching of the complex is plan in 2023 . According to the text file , URALCHEM will be responsible for all effect relate to the design , construction and promotion of the products . Grupo Opaia SA will be creditworthy for approval of license documentation , gas provision and site finding .
Dmitry Konyaev , Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of URALCHEM : " The planned production capacity of the composite is 1.2 million lots of carbamide . For the twist of the plant we lay from 4 to 5 year . We hope that our cooperation with Grupo Opaia will be fruitful and we will be capable to supply Angola and skirt land with qualitative fertiliser . "
Dmitry Konyaev also learn part in the jury session " Sustainable partnership in agribusiness : founding , tools , guarantee " organized by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation . It was attended by congresswoman of relevant departments , industry experts and business loss leader . The participants discussed the development of Agriculture Department and industry on the African continent identify the main goals look Russian and African partners , shared their experience in implementing of the undertaking in the African market .
In his speech , Dmitry Konyaev remark that the existing problems in Africa associate to solid food , logistics and engineering can be clear only if there will be bread and butter from individual countries , as well as from development mental home , governments and the concern community . He stress that URALCHEM is ready to provide not only mineral plant food , but also digital solution for farmers , as well as farming consulting service .
The Russia – Africa Economic forum is being held for the first time . Its main goal is to produce favourable craft and economical relations between the Russian Federation and African country . The lead PDA of the event is The Roscongress Foundation .
