Designed by Rosy , who build the presentation with Rob ; Hardy ’s Plant was dead delighted to attain a Platinum Award , tantamount to an RHS Gold Medal , for its display of peat - liberal grow seasonal herbaceous perennial at BBC Gardeners World Live which ran from 13 - 23 May 2025 .
The ship’s company ’s success was even more satisfying this year , as the wet spring and on-going cold conditions along with low light degree impacted upon the chain of mountains of plant fabric that was of display banner . flora came into peak at slightly different fourth dimension , and plants in slew had not rooted out as fast as normal .

Sue ’s report about Silene coronaria ' Alba ' featured in the BBC 2 Gardeners World Live TV program broadcast that eve . This white variety of Silene coronaria is more unusual than the more common vivid pink variety . It ’s ideal for a white border or container , with white and green planting being a favorite at this year ’s RHS Chelsea efflorescence show .

Thanks to everyone who came and natter the caller ’s display and bought plants , BBC Gardeners World Live is an important show for Hardy ’s Plant , because it allow for an opportunity to encounter its customer in the Midlands and beyond . The company does n’t travel so far northwards as it used to , so it ’s lovely to be a turn further up the country .
