Jan is now a founding father of four and owner of Esperit Plants . This year , the company moves to a unexampled building in the Dutch township of ’s - Gravenzande to supply protection for the company divisions ; Youngs ( breeding ) and Elements ( originative concepts ) . Jan grow up among the unseasoned pepper and Lycopersicon esculentum plants and startle to work on his own business 25 years ago . “ I followed in my family ’s footsteps , with a side hustle involving upbringing houseplant .
