Spice and Sugar are our two darling cat , and they have been a part of our class for quite some clock time now . It ’s hard to believe , but they are both 9 year old ! Time really does fly , does n’t it ?
We adopt Spice and Sugar when they were just kittens , and they have grown up properly before our eye . It feels like just yesterday that they were tiny little balls of fur , chasing their tails and pouncing on anything that moved . Now , they are full - uprise cat , but they still have that playful emotional state that we fell in love with .
Spice is the older of the two . She is a beautiful calico with patches of orangish , sinister , and white pelt . We recall the sidereal day we bring her home like it was yesterday . She was so tiny and tenuous , but she had this feisty personality that just draw us in . She would scat around the house , explore every corner and cranny , and she would always discover a way to get herself into mischief-making . From knock over plants to climb up curtain , Spice kept us on our toe .
Sugar , on the other hired hand , is a sleek black qat with bright light-green eye . When we first laid eyes on her , we knew she was signify to be a part of our family . She was the runt of her bedding material , but she had this undeniable spell that made her unimaginable to protest . Sugar has always been a bit more reserve than Spice , preferring to kink up in a cosy spotlight and observe the world around her . But do n’t let her serene behaviour fool you , because when she want attention , she knows just how to demand it .
Over the years , we have shared uncounted memories with Spice and Sugar . From lazy afternoons spent napping in the sunlight to playful eve filled with tag toy , they have fetch so much joy into our lives . They have been there for us during both the good clock time and the risky , providing comfort and company that only a dearie can offer .
As our CAT have fix older , we have noticed some changes in their behavior . They are a bit less up-and-coming than they used to be , choose to spend more time lounging around rather than playing . They have also become more reliant on us for their guardianship , take regular check - ups at the vet and a cautiously balanced dieting to insure their health and well - being .
Despite these changes , Spice and Sugar still have that spark in their eye that reminds us of the mischievous kittens they once were . They may be getting old , but they are still very much a part of our phratry , and we cherish every minute we get to spend with them .
