Central Pennsylvania fall color
I am Kris Northup , and I live in beautiful primal Pennsylvania , Zone 6b . We are take an unusually long grow season here this twelvemonth , presenting us with some really amazingfall foliage .
A‘Limelight ’ hydrangea(Hydrangea paniculata‘Limelight ’ , Zones 3–8 ) allow the background to Arkansas bluestar(Amsoniahubrichtii , Zones 5–8 ) , favorable lacing juniper(Juniperuschinensis‘Golden Lace ’ , Zones 4–9 ) , and ‘ Walker ’s Low ’ catmint(Nepeta‘Walker ’s Low ’ , Zones 3–8 ) .
From leave behind to right : pink muhly grass(Muhlenbergiacapillaris , Zones 6–9 ) , Tartarian aster(Aster tataricus , Zones 3–9 ) , golden hinoki cypress(Chamaecyparisobtusa , Zones 4–8 ) , pitch-black and grim salvia(Salvia guaranitica , Zones 7–10 or as an annual ) cosmos versailes(Cosmosbipinnatus , annual ) , andVerbenabonarensis(Zones 6–10 or as an annual ) .

The highlights here are the two ‘ Autumn Brilliance ’ serviceberries(Amelanchier× grandiflora‘Autumn Brilliance ’ , Zones 4–9 ) and the words ofHydrangea‘Anne ’ that cater winter interest to our garden .
The ‘ Honorine Jobert ’ anemone(Anemonehupehensis‘Honorine Jobert ’ , Zones 4–8 ) and ‘ Major Wheeler ’ honeysuckle(Lonicerasempervirens‘Major Wheeler ’ , Zones 4–8 ) are still going warm alongside the ‘ Bloodgood ’ Japanese maple(Acerpalmatum‘Bloodgood ’ , Zones 5–9 ) .
