How to Make Apple Bars with Oatmeal Crumble
This recipe is different from other apple crumble bars I ’ve had . It has a singular ( but madly scrumptious ) fill with sweetened condense Milk River which I think is truly the secret ingredient !

Preheat the oven 350 ° F and then make the crust . Mix all of your dry ingredients in a medium mix stadium and then stir in the melted butter . bring up until the mixture is well combined .
