I have n’t always been fond of chartreuse as a color . It surely does n’t look dependable on me , but on my plants it ’s oh so lovely . Now , I ’m haunt with it . throw in with the correct mix of supporting color and textures , chartreuse plants are a piece of sunshine for any corner .
My favored new introduction to my collection is ‘ Aureum ’ philodendron , a plant picked up from a fellow houseplant lover in Michigan ( It ’s available on-line atCentral Florida Farms ) . I tucked it into a combo that I keep on my nightstand , which puts it right at center level first thing in the good morning . And let me tell you – it always put a smile on my face .
But my love of pea green does n’t hold back with houseplants . I adore bright , attractive , blendable Paris green in the course of coleus , euphorbias , and begonias . I like chartreuse on all industrial plant . I care it on tall plants . I wish it on pin works … Well , you get the icon .
